1. What are the payment methods available?

We accept all major credit card payments via Stripe & GrabPay.

2. What packaging will my orders come in?

Frozen Products will be sealed in our own plastic packaging, kept in an insulated foil.
Cooked Products will be delivered in 2 methods:

  1. For orders above 70 sticks, the items will be kept in a pizza box, wrapped in aluminium foil. The condiments will be kept in plastic containers.
  2. For orders below that, the items will be kept in a bento box, wrapped in aluminium foil. The condiments will be packed separately in plastic carrier bags.

3. How much is the delivery fee?

The delivery fee will be $10.00 for the first 5kg.
No delivery charge for purchases above $150.

4. How long will it take for my orders to arrive?

Items will be delivered within 2-3 working days after order is received. Customers will be provided a tracking code once the ordered items has been dispatched.
Please note that delivery may require additional time to arrive during major public holidays.
(E.g.:- Hari Raya, Chinese New Year & Christmas.)

5. How do I change my delivery address?

If there is a changes in delivery address, please send us an email at sales@asli.asia with the subject “Changes of Delivery Address” within 24 hours after order been made.

6. How do I track my order?

You can track your order via UParcel. The delivery will be made on same day delivery. We will also notify customer via email.

7. Where do I self-collect?

Customers can collect the order at our factory:-

8. How do I modify an existing order?

Unfortunately, once payment has been made, the order can no longer be modified.
Customers can cancel the order and submit a new order through the website.

9. What happens if I received the wrong item?

We are committed in providing quality service to our customers. While we hope that you will always be satisfied with your purchase, there may be times that we might have issues during the packing process.
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please take the following steps listed below.

  1. Packaging must be unopened and items in unused condition.
  1. Please contact us via email at sales@asli.asia and include your Order Number. We will take the necessary steps to exchange your order.
